THE EXECUTIVES

ROMMEL R. ACEJO

Chief Executive Officer

CEO and business coach Rommel Acejo is a former youth leader and advocate of poverty alleviation. One of the pioneers of cryptocurrency education in the Philippines, he is the visionary behind Ace2Ace Prime Holdings Inc., which consists of strategic business units in financial technology, training and education, real estate, restaurants, travel and tours and a creative design studio. Mr. Acejo envisions empowering the Filipino people to become entrepreneurs through technology.

CONRADO S. PERRERAS

Executive Vice President for Corporate Services and Operations

A holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts Major in Economics and Minor in Mathematics, Mr. Perreras graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Beda College(now a University) on a full academic scholarship program. He also took the Industrial Economics Program of the Center for Research and Communication (now the University of Asia and the Pacific) and most recently received his Master in Business Administration from St. Dominic College of Asia.

During his term as an executive of PCIBank (now BDO) and Kodak Philippines, Ltd., Mr. Perreras undertook numerous training seminars and conferences both locally and abroad in various functional areas of management, including an intensive training in Corporate Governance with the Institute of Corporate Directors. His membership in various organizations include Rotary, Toastmasters, Management Association of the Philippines, People Management Association of the Philippines and various business chambers of commerce and industry.

As a Teaching Fellow, Mr. Perreras provides strategic advisory services to boards and sometimes acts as Management Consultant. Currently, he runs two strategic consulting firms providing advisory services to boards and top management of small and medium scale enterprises. He founded the Bamboo Network of the Philippines and is a member of the National Wellness Institute of the United States where he sits as a member of its International Standing Committee representing the Philippines.

RUBEN M. NAYVE, JR., Ph. D

Executive Vice President for Marketing, Technology, Business Development and Special Projects

A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the Bicol University (BU), Legazpi City, Dr. Nayve received his Master and Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Manila in 1991 and 1995, respectively and has since then been actively using his expertise in the academe in both local and foreign colleges and universities as well as in private and government organizations. He received various recognitions and awards as PCDEB Outstanding Business Educator in Economics, Outstanding Alumni of USTGS and BU, among others.

With more than 20 years as Consultant in both private (foreign/local) & government organizations, Dr. Nayve has been actively involved in academic and non-academic researches in various organizations, working as a market analyst, economist, lecturer, dean, research director and executive director. He was a CHED and DepEd Consultant.

Dr. Nayve holds key positions in national organizations: Chairman Emeritus of the Council of Economics Educators (CECON), Vice President of the Philippine Council of Deans and Educators (PCDEB) and President of the UST Graduate School Alumni Association for two terms. He was appointed as the National Chair of the 2019 Business Idea and Development Award (BIDA) of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

DELBIE JOHN E. APUSAGA

Vice President and Chief Operations Officer

A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Accounting at the Central Philippine University, Mr. Apusaga was a recipient of a Dean’s and Student Leadership Awards. He has extensive managerial accounting experience both in financial analysis and reporting as well as in cost management. He was a Manager at Security Bank and a recipient of Security Bank’s FWD Award.

His previous experience includes working as Sales Manager in EastWest Bank, Metrobank and Business & Consumer Bank.

He is currently a member of The Bankers’ Association of Iloilo and actively participates in the Ballers Club in Iloilo as well as the INHS Alumni Association Batch 2002.

ANTONIO M. MONTANO, JR.

Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

A graduate of BS Commerce - Accounting and MS Computer Science. Mr. Montano’s experience includes Teaching and Software Development at the Central Philippine University. He is a Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) as well as a Certified Cisco Academic Instructor (CCAI).
